Born at the west end
Salty Karts started with a simple observation from inside Jamaica Beach RV Resort: everybody who visits the west end eventually wishes they had a golf cart, and nobody wants to tow one down here.
So we parked a fleet where the wishing happens. A small electric fleet, sized for couples, families and full crews, living a hundred yards from the people who need them.
How we run the fleet
Electric on purpose
No gas smell in your campsite, no pull cords, no noise over the gulf breeze. Plug it in at night and it is ready before you are.
Kept ready
Charging, lights, mirrors, belts and inspections stay current on every cart, so the details are done before you arrive.
Kept honest
Posted prices and a live booking calendar. If the site says a cart is available, it is sitting on the lot.
Part of the resort family
We operate hand in hand with Jamaica Beach RV Resort, the 181-site resort across from the beach. Their guests get a cart fleet on the property, and visitors get a reason to slow down at the west end.
