What we collect

When you book, we collect the details a rental needs: your name, email, phone number, rental dates and, if you are staying at the resort, your site number. At pickup we verify a driver's license as required for street-legal cart rental.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Card numbers are entered directly with the processor and are never stored on this website or our booking system, we only receive a confirmation token and the last digits needed for receipts.

How we use it

Reservation details are used to run your rental: confirmations, pickup coordination, receipts and the occasional operational message such as a weather adjustment. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies and analytics

The booking flow uses the cookies it needs to keep your session working. The site does not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention and access

Rental records are kept as long as business and tax rules require. To review or remove your details, email info@salty-karts.com and we will handle it.
