The agreement behind every rental, in plain language. The signed rental agreement at pickup is the controlling document.
Rentals
A reservation holds a cart for a specific window. The renter must be 21 or older, present a valid driver's license and a payment card at pickup, and sign the rental agreement. Rental hours and rates are those posted on this site at the time of booking.
Drivers and riders
Only licensed drivers may operate a rented cart. All riders must use seatbelts, and the number of riders may not exceed the number of belted seats. The renter is responsible for every driver and rider on the cart during the rental.
Where carts may operate
Carts may be driven only on public streets posted 35 mph or less and in areas where local ordinance permits golf carts. Carts may not be operated on FM 3005, on any beach or dune, on sidewalks, or outside the areas described at pickup. Traffic laws apply in full, including those covering impaired driving.
Damage
There is no deposit. Damage, loss, submersion, or recovery costs arising from prohibited use may be charged to the renter up to the full cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear is excepted.
Cancellations and weather
Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a reservation. Rentals interrupted by severe weather are rescheduled or adjusted at our discretion, we aim to be fair about the gulf being the gulf.
Liability
Golf carts are motor vehicles and carry the ordinary risks of motor vehicle use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the renter assumes responsibility for the use of the cart during the rental period and agrees to the indemnities set out in the signed rental agreement.

Site content is provided in good faith and may change without notice, including rates and availability. Booking and payment run through our reservation system, whose confirmation email is the record of your reservation.
